Training Room Recording (Trainer's Desktop)

As a Trainer, you can record the Training Room along with all participants' desktops. This feature is handy for reviewing course material or revisiting challenges that students encounter, which can help with troubleshooting for your own notes or for development staff support.

Recording Button

Once you're in the Training Room, you'll find the recording button at the bottom, as shown in the screenshot below, right beside your name and the tags linked to your account.

 

 After activating the button, the recording begins and the button will slowly flash red. To stop, just click it again.

 

Accessing Recordings

From the course page, you can access all your recordings by clicking the `Recordings` tab. Once there, you can select the type of recording you'd like to view.
