Privacy Policy

DaDesktop values the privacy of everyone who uses our services. This policy describes how we collect and handle your personal information, and the steps we take to safeguard your data.

We only gather and utilize personal data to the degree required to deliver our services, or for the legitimate reasons outlined in this policy. Please note that how data gets collected and stored can vary significantly depending on the hosting option you choose.

NobleProg hosted public server

This server runs in a NobleProg data centre located within the EU (and is GDPR compliant). It’s a shared resource for NobleProg clients, and NobleProg staff can access it.

If you select a server outside the EU, local legislation may come into play. For clients based in the UK, their data stays within the UK.

NobleProg hosted private server

This server is also hosted in a NobleProg data centre inside the EU. It’s a dedicated machine assigned to a single organization, so no other organization shares the hardware.

If you opt for a server outside the EU, local regulations may apply.

On-premises server

The server is hosted on the organization’s premises. The software is installed on the server, and all data remains fully under that organization’s control.
