Training Room View
The Training Room provides a convenient way to join a course.
It enables users to:
- Take charge of their Virtual Desktops (trainers can also manage participants’ Desktops)
- View the trainer’s desktop in grid or side‑by‑side mode
- Record their own desktop
- Pop the desktop out to a separate browser window or onto an extra monitor if that suits better.

Review training materials
Everything takes place right in a browser window. To keep things simple, course participants are brought straight into the Training Room after joining.
On top of that, trainers can see all participants’ machines at the same time and jump in on any one of them—for example, to assist someone who needs help or who’s falling behind. Seeing every student machine at a glance is unmatched and really helps trainers recreate the experience of a traditional classroom.

While it may not be entirely obvious, to leave the Training Room view, just click the `Desktop` tab again and you’ll be taken back to the Training page.
