The Problem

Students and instructors commented that the existing live-stream training lacked interactivity. When a student encountered a problem, the instructor couldn't remotely access the student's computer to help resolve it.

Once the training was over, students had no way to practise independently. Instructors had no visibility into how well students were absorbing the material, which led to poor training results.
